How to crochet a loofah ( written pattern)

So I have started crocheting this project after seeing many nice videos on youtube and I honestly thought initially that it was very difficult to achieve that was why i delayed for long but once I learned it , I found it very very easy to do, the only thing which you might not like is that it takes long but again if you use a thick yarn and a big hook then it'll be very short.

So without too much mumbling, scroll down for the written pattern :)

Ch 2
on the second ch from the hook , make 20 sc .

without joining to the first single crochet, ch 40, join inside the circle ( see the video) inside the 20 sc previously done.

ch 3, in the first st, 3dc, in the next all stitches make 4 dc until you finish the round, join to the beginning of the round.

For round 3 to whichever size you want to achieve, you repeat this last row.

this project is based on repetition, while you are working you might think that you lost the beginning work but no , it is only because it's getting bigger, so keep on crocheting until you reach the star point again :)
