How to crochet a c2c headscarf
Sometime ago, I have posted a pattern for an easy head scarf and made a video tutorial as well, unexpectedly, it was very successful and a lot of people liked it.
So, in this post, I'm making another head scarf but with a different pattern, the C2C one, very easy and quick to do for beginners or advanced, anyone can achieve it.
I have used a cotton denim yarn for this and it feels thick and warm.
Hope you will try it.
Yarn Used: Nako black denim
Similar yarn: Lion brand cotton
Crochet Hook: 4MM
24 cm long, 52 cm wide without the straps.
WRITTEN PATTERN:
Row 2: Ch 6, dc in the 4th ch from the hook. Dc in the next 2 ch. Join into the initial ch3 of the first square. Ch3 in the same space and 3 dc. Turn.
Row 3: Ch 6, dc in the 4th ch from the hook. Dc in the next 2 ch. Join into the initial ch3 of the first square. Ch3 in the same space and 3 dc. Sl into the next square ( ch3 space), 3dc in the same space. Turn.
Repeat row 3 throughout your work till row 21
Blocking the triangle:
Sl st into both st, 3 dc in the corner between squares, sl st in the ch 3 of next square, repeat till the end of the row.
making of the straps:
From the last point , ch 50,
From the last ch, sl st back in the second ch from the hook, continue sl st on top of the scarf until the next end where you will make another 50 ch.
Sl st back the same way you did with the other strap, fasten off in the beginning of the triangle.
