How to crochet an easy scallop stitch top
Hello to all crochet lovers again, I suppose a lot of you are coming from my you tube channel and wanting to start this easy and nice top.
I tried to make the pattern as clear as possible and as easy as it could be, still if there is something you find complicated, feel free to leave me a message or email me.
I have always wanted to crochet garments but because of the many steps, sizing, complications, it took me time to start, now I feel more confident to share with you crocheted clothing and wearable things which also are easy to make, so without further due head on to the written pattern and also find the pdf pattern on my etsy shop as well.

Written Pattern
Make 2 pieces
ch 89
Row1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch till end of the row.
Row2: ch1,sk 2 , 5 dc in the next st, sk2, sc in the next st, sk 2, 5 dc in the next st, ( sk2, sc in the next st, sk2, 5 dc in the next st, sk 2) repeat () till end of the row, in the last st, 3dc.
Row3: change color, join with a sl st, ch 1, , 5dc in the next sc, sc in the 3rd st from the shell, 5 dc in the next sc, repeat till end of the row, in the last st, 3dc
repeat row 3
in every row you need to change color for this pattern.
As i have explained in the video, if you finish a row with 3 dc, the next starting row is a ch 1, if you finish a row with a sl st then the next starting row is ch3, 2 dc in the same st.
To hide the side threads, join a color the purple color from any side, ch 1, 3 sc in every starting row ( ch3) till end of the row.
Row 2: ch1, sc in every st till end of the row, fasten off.
Repeat the same on the other side of the piece and the second piece as well.
Stitching the top:
From top shoulder, leave 21 cm, From there, join the purple color again, sl st the two pieces together ( refer to the video)
Stitching the shoulders, from the outer side, count 16 cm and do the same process, sl st from out going into the neck. Repeat the same for the other shoulder. And that's it
