The easiest crochet blankets for beginners
As a beginner, you get so excited to crochet and start all these lovely projects you see online, you venture in patterns which sometimes are difficult to understand but have beautiful projects you'd like to make .
Here I'm gonna share with you some of my easiest crochet projects you can make even if you are a beginner, you'll find easy patterns where you can follow from start to finish and achieve anything you like, remember, the more you practice, the more you get confident, the more you are able to understand more complicated patterns, even if you get angry and upset not being able to complete a project, don't worry , it's normal, we all have been through that, it takes patience to succeed, nothing comes overnight but comes with practice and perseverance.
Just if it might help you or motivate you, I've been crocheting for nearly 14 years and may times I gave up and then returned to crochet and it is the thing I love doing the most in my life
Here is the first project I was able to achieve back in 2007 and I made many of them
Click on the links to access the written patterns, they all have video tutorials to follow along.
This project gets bigger with every row by repeating 3 double crochet in the spaces and (3 double crochet, ch 2, 3 double crochet) in the corners only which are 4 corners in every row. You can make it as big as you want, ideally for baby blanket 30 rows are good.
this is the easiest for absolute beginners and for advanced as well, everyone loves the single crochet blanket, it looks so neat and clean, classy and beautiful and you can mix any color with it it'll always look beautiful.
It is also as easy as the single crochet, the only difference, you need to make 3 dc in the spaces only, that's about it till the end of the work.
