ch4, 2 dc in the 4th ch from the hook.

Row1: ch3, 2dc in the same st as ch3, 3 dc in the last st.

Row2: ch3, 2dc in the same sp as ch3, 3dc in the next sps, 3 dc in the last sp.

Row 3:  ch3, 3 dc in each of the next sps, 1 dc in the last sp.

Row4: repeat row 3.

repeat row 4 for as big as you want the granny square to be.

Decrease and shaping into the square.

Row5: ch3,  sk the 1st sp, 3 dc in the next sp and every  sp, 1 dc in the last st

Repeat row 5 till you are left with 3 dc in the last row. ch3, dc in the very last sp. fasten off.
