The mosaic crochet blanket
As always, whenever I start a new project, I'm very positive that I'll be finishing it in a maximum one week however things don't always work the way we want it.
The time I'm writing this post it'll still be on my closet waiting to be finished, it's been two weeks now :)
One of the reasons it's taking long , is because it's worked with single crochet but don't worry, this looks difficult and intimidating but it's actually easy and repetitive.
Written Pattern
This pattern is worked from the right side only, once you reach the end of the row, you always come back to the beginning row and start the next one.
You'll also change color in every row.
Every row starts with a full single crochet and finishes with a full single crochet( not back loop single crochet)
Ch 100
Row 1: sc int eh 2nd ch from the hook, sc in very ch till the end of the row.
Back to the start of the row
Row2: change color, make a sl knot, join to the 1st st, ch1, sc in the same st, sc in every back loop st till the end of the row.

Row 3: make a sl knot, join to the 1st st, ch1, sc , all in the same st, 1sc in the back loop of the next 5 st, 1 dc in the front loop of the previous row (row1), repeat ( 1sc in the next 5 back loop st, 1dc in the next dropdown st (row1).

Row 4: make a sl knot, join to the 1st st, ch1, sc , all in the same st, *1sc in the back loop of the next 5 st, 1 drop down dc in the next st, just before the dc from the previous row**, repeat from *to ** till the end of the row, 1sc in the last st.
You keep repeating row 4 till the end of your work, however note that in the beginning of each row and the end of it, you will have less st to work on, means, in some rows you will make a single crochet, then for example 1 sc in the next 3 back loop st before you make the drop down dc and the same will be at the end of the row however the rest is the same 1 sc in the next 5 st and drop down dc.
