Crochet an easy and pretty mobile sleeve

Abbreviations
Ch: chain
Sc: single crochet
St: stitch
Sk: skip
Dc: double crochet
Written Pattern
Ch 13 or the number matching your mobile width.
Round 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch, in the last ch 4 sc.
Turn upside down
Round 2: 1sc in every ch, 2sc in the last ch, join.
Round 3: Ch2, sk 1st st, 1dc in the next 2 st, yarn over, come back to the first skipped st, insert the hook in the back skipped st and in front of the 2dc, work the dc. Repeat ( sk next st, 1 dc in the next 2st, work back a dc in the skipped st), join to the beginning ch.
Round 4: Ch1, sc in every st.
Repeat 18 times alternating between round 2 and 3.
After joining the last row (18),sc in the next 8 st, turn
Ch1, sc in the next 8 st, repeat total of 10 times, fasten off.
