Crochet letter Y

Materials
Cotton mercerised yarn
2.5 mm crochet hook
Size:
7/2 cm
Abbreviations
Ch: chain
St: stitch
Sc: single crochet
Sctog: single crochet together
Written Pattern
ch7
row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook
Row 2 to 10: ch1, sc in every st.
Row 11: ch1, 2 sctog, sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st
Row 12: ch1, 2 sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last 2 st.
Row 13:ch1, 2 sctog, sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st
Row 14: ch1, 2 sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last 2 st
Row 15: ch1, 2 sctog, sc in every st, 2 sc in the last st. Fasten off
join the yarn from where you started the decrease ( 2sctog)
Row11: ch1, 2sctog, sc in the next 4 st, 2 sc in the next st. turn
Row 12: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last 2 st.
Row 13: ch1, 2sctog, sc in the next 4 st, 2 sc in the next st. turn
Row 14: ch1, 2 sc in the 1st st, sc in every st, 2 sctog in the last 2 st
