Oversized cardigan crochet pattern
This cardigan is worked from bottom to top, it is initially worked in one piece and later worked 3 pieces separately, the sides and back. The bottom is made of 79 rows you can make it 80 and used around 3 balls of yarn, then the sides are worked separately and made 40 rows each.
Later the piece is folded to form the cardigan, the top shoulders are joined using a slip stitch .
The arms are worked separately and joined later to the shoulder open side and stitched using a sewing needle.

Written Pattern
Starting from the bottom.
Ch 141
Row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in every ch till the end of the row.
Row 2: ch1, sc in every st till the end of the row.
Row 3 to row 78: Repeat row 2
Row 79: working on the first arm from the bgeing of the row, ch1, sc in the next 35 sts. Turn
Row 80: ch1, sc in every st (35) till the end of the row
Row 81 to 120: Repeat row 80.
Repeat the same on the other side (left if you started right) from row 79 to 120
Working the middle (the back): leave 2 sts unworked from the right side or left, join the yarn in the next st, ch 1, sc in every st for the next 66 st (you must have 2 sts unworked on each side of the arms)
Repeat row 80 for 40 rows total

Ch 83
Row 1: sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in very ch.
Row 2 to 20: ch1, sc in every st.
From row 21 to 41: ch1, 2 sctog, sc in every st.
Joining
Shoulder join
Fold the sides into the back to form the cardigan and sl st the shoulders on both sides.
Using a sewing needle, start stitching from the bottom of the arm go up and join to cardigan continuing to stitch till the arms side is close

Row 1 to 194: ch1, sc in every st.
Fasten off.
