Crochet a small bag pattern

  

The bag is worked as a flat circle first and then turned into a bag, the strap is worked along the way and attached by a slip stitch.

 6 mm crochet hook

Round 1: 5 hdc in the 2nc ch from the hook

 Round 2: ch2, 2 hdc in every st, join 

Round 3: ch2, 2hdc in the 1st st, 1 hdc in the next st, 2 hdc in the following st, 1 hdc in the next 1, alternate till the end of the round 

Round 3: ch2, 2hdc in the 1st st, 1 hdc in the next 2 sts, 2 hdc in the following st, 1 hdc in the next 2, alternate till the end of the round 

Round 4: ch2, 2hdc in the 1st st, 1 hdc in the next 3sts, 2 hdc in the following st, 1 hdc in the next 3, alternate till the end of the round

Making the strap before 2 sts of joining the round 19, sc for the next 5 sts, turn. Row 2 to 42: ch1, sc in the 5 sts. In the next half of the bag (you must have an equal number on the 2 sided of the bag, around 24 sts) Sl st the strap on 5 sts of the opposite side of the bag. Fasten off
