Double V stitch round pillow crochet pattern

This round pillow cover is easy to make and looks pretty using the double v stitch, you can use the color of your choice, it'll always look nice, kindly check with me for the video update.

Double v stitch: dv st: yarn over , insert the hook into the stitch, pull through 2, hold, yarn over again, pull through 2 and pull through all.

Round 1: 1 dc in the 4th ch from the hook, ch1, 2 incomplete dc joined together, repeat (2 incomplete dc joined together, ch2, 2 incomplete dc) 5 times in the same ch. Total 6 V sts at the end of the round.

Round 2: ch3, ( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st, twice) in every ch1 sp. Join with a sl st to the initial ch3.

Round 3: ch3, *( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st, twice) in the 1st ch1 sp, in the next sp **( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st). Alternate between * and ** till the end of the round, join.

Round 4: ch3, *( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st, twice) in the 1st ch1 sp, in the next 2 sp **( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st). Alternate between * and ** till the end of the round, join.

Round 5: ch3, *( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st, twice) in the 1st ch1 sp, in the next 3 sp **( 2 dv st, ch1, 2 dv st). Alternate between * and ** till the end of the round, join.

Leaving a long tail for stitching, hold both pieces facing out, start stitching both pieces together through each stitches, once you are almost done fill the pillow with the fiber fill or a round pillow and finish stitching. Fasten off.
