V stitch crochet pattern
This is a general pattern on how to make the V stitch pattern for any project of your choice. A very easy repetitive and straight forward pattern to try and add to your stitch library.
Materials
Any yarn of your choice with the recommended crochet hook on the yarn label
I have used medium worsted yarn with an 8 mm crochet hook.
Measurements
15/9 cm
Gauge
5 cm: 3 rows/9 sts
Abbreviations
Ch: chain
Dc: double crochet
St: stitch
Sl st: slip stitch
Sk: skip
Sp: space
Sps: spaces
Written pattern
Ch 20 or any pair number
Row 1: in the 4th ch from the hook, make a dc, sk2, (dc, ch1, dc) all in the next ch, repeat (sk2, dc,ch1,dc) all in the next sp until the end of the row.
Row 2: ch2, working only in the previous ch1, sps: dc, ch1, dc, throughout the row.
Repeat row 2 for as many rows as you want depending on your project.
I have done 5 rows for this pattern for demonstration.
