Rice stitch crochet pattern
This pattern is for the rice stitch which uses front post stitch and back post stitch, the pattern is easy if you follow it correctly together with the video tutorial.
Measurements
10 cm: 13 sts/ 8 rows
Materials
Medium worsted yarn or any yarn of your choice
6 mm crochet hook
Abbreviations
Ch: chain
St: stitch
Dc: double crochet
Fpdc: front post double crochet
Bpdc: back post double crochet
Written pattern
Ch 25 or any number of your choice
Row 1: dc in the 3rd ch from the hook, dc in every ch.
Row 2: ch 2, fpdc in the 1st st, bpdc in the next st. Alternate one by one, 1 fpdc, 1 bpdc till the end of the row, dc in the last st
Row3: ch2, alternate for what was in the previous row fpdc, make a bpdc and what was bpdc, make a fpdc, repeat the same till the end of the row, dc in the last st.
Row 4 until end of project, repeat row 3.
