Single crochet Chevron stitch crochet pattern

Measurements/ gauge
10 cm: 10 rows/ 15 sts
Materials
Medium worsted yarn with 6 mm crochet hook or any yarn of your choice with the recommended crochet hook
Abbreviations
Ch: chain
Sc: single crochet
Sk: skip
St: stitch
Written Pattern
Make multiple of 11+2
Row 1: 2 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in the next 4 ch, *sk2, sc in the next 4 ch, 3 sc in the next ch, 1 sc in the next 4 ch**. Repeat from * to ** till the end of the row. 2 sc in the last ch
Row 2: ch, 2 sc in the 1st st, sc in the next 4 sts, sk 2,* sc in the next 4 sts, 3 sc in the next st, sc in the next 4 sts, sk 2**. repeat from* to **. 2sc in the last st.
Repeat row 2 till the required number of rows of your project.
Color change:
In the last st, join the yarn in the last loop ch1, continue with row 2.
