Moss stitch rectangular shawl crochet pattern
This rectangular moss stitch shawl is very easy and quick to make, the moss stitch gives it a beautiful look especially with the color combo, I choose 3 shades of pink however you can choose whichever color you like. This shawl has around 186 rows.

4 yarn balls medium worsted yarn
2 dark pink
1 medium pink
1 light pink
7 MM crochet hook

Ch 62
Row 1: sc in the 3rd ch from the hook, ch1, sk 1 ch, sc in the next ch. Repeat (ch1, sk 1 ch, sc in the next ch) till the end of the row
Row 2 to 186: ch2, sc in the 1st sp (previous ch1), ch1, sc in the next sp, repeat till the end of the row ( ch1, sc in the next sp)
Change color every 3 rows starting with dark pink, followed with light pink and then medium pink to repeat throughout the shawl.
Color change: from the last stitch with the hook inserted, pull the new color through and ch2, continue working as per pattern.
For the borders:
With the dark pink from the last st, ch1, turn to the side sc in the 1st sp, ch1, sk the next sp, sc in the following sp, repeat the same till the end of the first side. Fasten off and repeat the same on the other side by joining the same yarn color.
