Ribbed beanie crochet pattern

 

Materials

1 ball, medium worsted yarn

5.5 mm crochet hook

ch 43

Row 1: hdc in the 3rd ch from the hook, hdc in every ch.

Row 2: ch2, hdc in every st.

Repeat row 2 till row 43.

fold the piece in two from the last worked row, sl st in every st.

Cut the yarn leaving a long thread for stitching, insert the tapestry needle from the top of the open beanie, in and out in random stitches ( check video) till you are back to the starting point, pull the yarn tight and stitch to close the hole.
