Abbreviations:
ch: chain
st: stitch
dc: double crochet
cluster v stitch/ double v stitch: yarn over, insert the hook into the ch/ st, pull through, yarn over again, insert the hook into the st/ ch, pull through 2, pull through all, ch1, repeat the previous.
Written pattern
ch a multiple of 3 + 1 at the end or 54
Row 1: in the 4th ch from the hook, make 2 incomplete dc joined together, ch 1, make 2 incomplete dc joined together in the same ch ( cluster V stitch complete). sk 2, repeat the cluster V stitch in he next ch. Repeat ( sk 2, cluster v stitch in the next ch). sk 2, dc in the last st.
Row 2: ch2, ( working only in the previous ch 1 sp of the cluster v stitch) cluster v stitch in each sp, dc in the st ( initial ch3).
Row 3 to 98: repeat row 2.
Optional: color change, from the last worked st, insert the new color with the hook, ch2 and continue as per pattern.
