V stitch granny triangle crochet pattern





  This v stitch granny triangle is perfect for any summer project like bandana, shawl, swimsuit cover or even a light blanket, it is easy and very quick to make, it is a repetition of one row throughout.

Materials

Medium worsted yarn (4)

Crochet hook: 5.5 mm / 6mm

Ch: chain 

St: stitch 

DC : double crochet 

V st: double crochet, ch1, dc

Sts: stitches

Sp: space


Written pattern 

Ch5

Row 1: dc in the 5th ch from the hook, ch2, dc, ch1, dc in the same ch.

 Row 2: ch3, in previous v st make 2 v sts, in the corner (ch 2 sp) make , v st, ch2, v st. V st in the next v st, dc in the last st. 

Row 3: ch3, in the 1st v st, make 2 v sts, in the corner (ch 2 sp) make , v st, ch2, v st. V st in the next v sts, dc in the last st. 


Repeat row 3 for as much as required to obtain the width of your project.
